Each engagement is scoped with written deliverables and a defined end date. Most run six to fourteen weeks. Engagements are led by a principal who owns the work end-to-end — the person in the first conversation is the person delivering. Additional practitioner capacity is brought in from the Monashee network when the scope calls for it. No staffing pyramid, no partner-sells-junior-delivers.
